Containers for capsules and tablets

PlasticProgress Pharma Packaging manufactures a range of bottle containers for solid oral formulations such as capsules and tablets.

These bottle containers are manufactured in HDPE, and produced by injection blow moulding offering a superior quality and dimensional accuracy.

We also produce a range of continuous-thread and snap-lock caps for these bottle containers; a range of CRC caps is also available which we source from a business partner. 

The current available range consists of 100ml and 150ml bottle containers. Other capacities are under development.

We are available to supply the caps with a range of liners and seals according to your product requirements: foam liners, pressure-sensitive or induction-heat seals are available for added protection or tamper-evidence of your product.

The containers and caps are available for production in either pharma-grade or food-grade polymers and masterbatches, depending upon your requirements.

Production and sealing is usually performed in an ISO Class 9 cleanroom, but is also available upon request in our main cleanroom certified to ISO class 7 with laminar flow of ISO Class 5 in the injection and moulding area, in accordance to ISO 14644-1 standards.
